National Day of Prayer at SHC of Marietta

Our Interfaith National Day of Prayer Celebration Event was phenomenal! We gathered in worship and listening prayer as one people. What a life transforming moment and the experience of our Loving God through the conduit of love, prayers and hope. The day started off with a corporate prayer over the PA system, followed by our live stream viewing the event from our home office in Louisville. We then proceeded to our Hall of Fame cafeteria as the Roswell Street Baptist Senior Choir shared their love by rendering us a mini concert of joyous hymns and praises.
Chaplain Karen Bradwell set the atmosphere with a warm and comforting introduction of prayer and song, followed by Constance Bennett’s joyous welcome. Patrick Fellers then shared a very moving personal testimony of the compassion he experienced during his valley/road of experiencing the love of God and personal Salvation. We concluded with a balloon release ceremony significant of casting and releasing all our petitions to the Lord, knowing that He hears and answers our call.
