Signature HealthCARE of Marietta currently has a 5-star rating (out of five), something facility staff members are very proud of.
Our elders, residents and patients deserve the best care, and in order to deliver that standard of care, our staff membersʼ hearts must be committed to the work they do. It isnʼt always an easy job, but it is meaningful work to those who do it well.
The above data is being pulled directly from the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) database.
Under the five-star rating system, nursing homes are assessed in three main categories: health inspections, quality measures and staffing. The overall rating combines scores received in each of the three categories. Star ratings factor in surveys from the past three years, reflecting a history of quality care.
