This skilled nursing facility provides skilled intermediate, and palliative nursing care with sensitivity and compassion. The facility nurse liaison provides clinical assessments for hospital referrals, the on-site nurse practitioner helps meet the complex medical needs of the residents, and the facility Medical Director is certified in gerontology with specialized training in the effects of aging. Speech, occupational, and physical therapy services are offered 6 days a week, and the Rehab to Home program focuses on patients who need strengthening and relearning of lost functions due to illness and/or surgery in order to return home.
